Cancellations, Returns & Refund Policy

Important information about cancellations, returns, and refunds for your custom-made motorhome mattress.

⚠️ Important: Bespoke Products

All our motorhome mattresses are bespoke products, custom-made to your exact specifications. Due to the made-to-measure nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has commenced. Please ensure all measurements and specifications are correct before placing your order.

Cancellations

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Before production begins: Full refund available
  • Once production has commenced: Cancellations cannot be accepted as materials have been cut to your specifications

Tip: Double-check all your measurements and specifications before confirming your order. If you're unsure about anything, please contact us — we're happy to help ensure you get the right mattress for your motorhome.

Returns

As all our mattresses are made-to-measure specifically for your motorhome, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

However, if your mattress arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for inspection and, where appropriate, repair or replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are available in the following circumstances:

  • Order cancelled before production begins
  • Product arrives with a manufacturing defect
  • Product is significantly different from what was ordered (our error)

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days to your original payment method.

Your Rights

Our policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under these regulations, bespoke or custom-made products are exempt from the standard 14-day return period as they are made to your personal specifications.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you believe your mattress is faulty or not as described, you may have additional rights under consumer law.
