Delivery Lead Times

Every motorhome mattress is made to order, with a lead time of approx. 10–12 working days.

This is a guide: sometimes we dispatch sooner, and occasionally an order takes a little longer depending on production capacity.

Need it by a certain date?

If lead time is an important factor in your decision, please contact us before you place your order: call 0121 663 6114 (Mon–Fri 10–5, Sat 10–2) or WhatsApp 07769 431 970 (messages only), and we'll give you our current live lead time.

Delivery Notifications

Imperial Elite™ 2000 and Comfisan™: Our courier will book your delivery in with you in advance, with a 3-hour time slot.
All other mattresses and toppers: Same-day text notification with a 1-hour window, with the option to reschedule for a more convenient day if you won't be available.
Easy motorhome access: All rolled mattresses are vacuum-packed for easy manoeuvring through motorhome doorways and into tight fixed-bed and over-cab recesses.

UK Mainland Only

We deliver to UK mainland addresses only and aren't able to ship overseas or to offshore destinations. If you're unsure whether we can reach your area, get in touch before ordering and we'll happily let you know.
