Delivery Lead Times

All our mattresses are made to order. Production times vary by season:

Low season (Sept–Feb)	5–10 working days
Mid season (Mar–May)	10–15 working days
High season (Jun–Aug)	15–20 working days

These timescales are provided as a guide. Sometimes we're able to dispatch much sooner, occasionally orders may take a little longer depending on production capacity. We'll keep you updated.

Delivery Notifications

📅 Full Size / Flat Mattresses: Advance booking with a 3-hour time slot.
📱 Rolled and Boxed Mattresses and Toppers: Same-day text notification with a 1-hour window, with the option to reschedule for a more convenient day if you won't be available.
