Delivery information

Every one of our mattresses is custom-made to order in our Birmingham workshop — we don't hold stock of pre-made sizes. Each mattress is cut and assembled specifically for your motorhome, so you get an exact fit rather than a near-enough approximation.

Lead times

Because every mattress is made to order, delivery times vary a little through the year with demand. On average, orders are made and delivered within around 10 working days.

For the most accurate, up-to-date estimate, please check the product page of your chosen mattress, where current lead times are shown. We'll keep you updated throughout, and we'll always be in touch if anything changes after you've placed your order.

Free UK mainland delivery

Delivery is free to all UK mainland addresses. Your mattress arrives vacuum-packed and boxed, which makes it far simpler to manoeuvre through a narrow motorhome door. Once unpacked, it reaches full expansion within a few hours. We'll send you tracking information so you know when to expect it.

Your delivery window

On the day, you'll receive a text notification with a one-hour delivery window, with the option to reschedule for a more convenient day if you won't be in.

UK mainland only

We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. We're not able to ship overseas or to offshore destinations. If you're unsure whether we can reach your area, please get in touch before ordering and we'll happily let you know.
