Why does the Comfisan™ have a fixed cover?

A sewn-in cover gives a neater, seamless finish and lasts longer, with no zip to wear out. Spot clean it and use a mattress protector to keep it fresh.

Your body heat softens it so it moulds to your shape, spreading weight evenly and taking pressure off your shoulders, hips and back.

How good is the motion isolation?

Very good — Vasco® foam soaks movement up instead of sending it across the bed, so a partner turning or rising won't wake you.

How long does a rolled mattress take to expand?

Is the Firm option suitable for everyday use?

No. Firm gives you more support underneath while the memory foam still cushions the top, so it stays comfortable whichever way you sleep.

How does Laytec™ work?

Laytec™ is a fast-recovering comfort foam. It absorbs pressure like any good top layer, but rather than holding the impression it lifts back quickly, giving that characteristic latex-style spring.

What's the benefit of that springy feel?

Turning over and changing position take less effort, and the mattress feels alert rather than heavy going. Its more open structure also tends to breathe better and hold less heat than dense memory foam.

How long does a rolled mattress take to expand?

It finds its basic shape within 1–2 hours of unrolling; give it a full 12–24 hours to reach its proper feel and performance.
