Our Guarantee
Every motorhome mattress we make is backed by our comprehensive guarantee, giving you complete peace of mind with your purchase.
What's Covered
Our guarantee covers defects in material and workmanship for the period specified on your product (up to ten years) from the date of purchase, provided the mattress is used for its intended purpose and placed on a suitable base. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
✓ Covered Under Guarantee
- ✓ Lasting, visible indentations deeper than 33mm caused by deterioration of the foam material (not resulting from an improper base or standard body pressure)
- ✓ Splits or cracks in the foam material that appear despite everyday use and handling
- ✓ Any fault in the mattress cover zip assembly resulting from the manufacturing process (first year only)
✗ Not Covered Under Guarantee
- ✗ Normal wear and tear, including natural softening over time
- ✗ Changes in comfort preference
- ✗ Damage from improper use (cuts, tears, liquid spills, stains, burns)
- ✗ Commercial use (rental motorhomes, hire fleets)
- ✗ Damage from improper storage
- ✗ Modifications or alterations from the original specification
How It Works
First Year: Should your mattress be defective due to faulty workmanship during the initial year, we will replace it without charge.
Years 2 onwards: If a covered defect appears after the first year and within the remaining guarantee period, we will replace the mattress with a prorated charge plus delivery costs.
Mattress Cover: The zip-off cover is guaranteed for one year against faults in material or workmanship.
Important: This guarantee is valid only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. As we continually develop our product range, an identical replacement may not always be available — in such cases, a comparable replacement will be provided.
Making a Claim
To make a guarantee claim:
- 1 Contact us via email or letter, describing the fault in detail
- 2 Provide photographic evidence of the defect
- 3 Include your proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
For overseas and non-mainland UK customers, delivery and collection costs for replacement mattresses will be borne by the customer.
