Four Layer Construction
A deep layer of memory foam to cradle your hips and shoulders, with breathable foam built into the cover to stop it feeling hot and sticky.

Cover that draws the heat away (Revoโข)
The internet calls it cool gel, but there is no gel in it โ it is a foam made with open cells, so it releases your body heat instead of trapping it. Rather than sitting as a separate sheet, it is sandwiched between two layers of cover fabric, sewn in at the edges and quilted in a wave pattern, so the cover and the cooling layer are a single piece and it is the first thing you lie on. Laboratory testing rates it 30ร more breathable than ordinary memory foam, so warmth never pools beneath you. Few manufacturers have the skill to build a cover this way. When it needs cleaning, unzip the cover and the cooling layer comes away with it.

Deep memory foam that moulds to you (Vascoโข60)
A top-tier memory foam that warms and gives way to your shape, cupping your shoulders, hips and back for deep, weight-spreading relief. It quietens movement across the bed too, so a partner turning over โ or setting off early after a long drive the day before โ is unlikely to disturb you.

Firm base layer
A tough, breathable base tier that anchors the whole build and stops it losing shape over the seasons. It's engineered to stay light too, so shifting the mattress in a tight motorhome bedroom or lifting it over a garage never becomes a two-person struggle.

Tell us the finished dimensions and we make the foam to suit โ bear in mind the cover adds a few millimetres once it's on.
Because motorhome beds so often sit in a moulded recess or curve around a washroom or wardrobe, take a little off your figures where the fit is snug or you like to tuck bedding in. That part is simply personal taste.
