It moulds to your shape so your hips and shoulders aren't taking all your weight, and absorbs movement so you won't be woken when your partner turns over.

Layer that blends the foam into the springs
Eases the softer comfort foams down into the spring core below, so the response moves smoothly from cushioned to supportive without a sudden change underfoot. Fitted in the Firm and Hard variants.

Tufted construction
Hand-stitched tufts lock each layer down onto the spring core and set the tension, stopping the fillings drifting across seasons of driving and setting up camp. The Medium is half-tufted, keeping its surface smooth; the Firm and Hard are fully tufted, so the buttons pull right through for the traditional dimpled surface.

Two thousand pocket springs
Two thousand springs, each housed in its own cloth pocket, flexing on their own to meet your weight and your partner's along separate lines โ a buoyant, well-ventilated support with a feel all of its own.

Foam surround that holds the spring unit in place
The surround holds every spring in position — and it is what lets us build a sprung mattress to the shape of your bed. A fixed rear bed, an island bed, a French bed with its tapered corner: the springs follow the outline. Most makers cannot do it at all.
A hand was held on each foam, then lifted off. These are heat pictures of what it left behind — red is warm, blue is cool.

Send through your precise measurements and we make the foam to those figures; do remember the cover then adds a couple of millimetres to the finished size.
Plenty of motorhome beds drop into a close moulded recess, frequently boxed around a wardrobe corner or washroom wall โ if that's yours, or you like a little give for tucking sheets under, take a fraction off your numbers. It's simply a matter of how you like it finished.
