Give us the finished sizes you need and we'll make the foam to match — just remember the cover itself adds a few millimetres once it's fitted.
Motorhome beds often tuck into a shaped recess or wrap around a wheel arch or wardrobe, so if the fit is tight, or you like room to tuck sheets in, shave a little off your figures. It all comes down to what you prefer.

- Laytec™ is a fast-recovering comfort foam. It absorbs pressure like any good top layer, but rather than holding the impression it lifts back quickly, giving that characteristic latex-style spring.
- What's the benefit of that springy feel?
- Turning over and changing position take less effort, and the mattress feels alert rather than heavy going. Its more open structure also tends to breathe better and hold less heat than dense memory foam.
- How long does a rolled mattress take to expand?
- It usually regains 95% of its shape and size within an hour or two of unrolling; occasionally it can take around 24 hours to regain its shape fully.
